With rigor and robust planning I ensured timely completion of the work for National Trauma Centre at Kathmandu Nepal and within few months of completion, helped save hundreds of lives post the tragedy of severe earthquakes in Nepal in 2015. In another project within the remit of Central Government Health Scheme in New Delhi, completed a complex project with lot of external dependencies for ensuring availability of medicine on time to patients at the various medical centers run under the scheme.

      Handled Procurement Project for Building Capacity of 80 Food and Drug Testing laboratories situated all across the region of India. Managed procurement for more than 100 different equipment for these laboratories. My primary responsibilities were post contracting monitoring of supply installation of equipment, contract dispute resolution, handling arbitration matter in one contract with legal team, project team members and World Bank technical expert for onsite review of the work done by the vendors. I also was accountable and managed consignee feed-back on the working of the equipment and training requirement for the use of high end equipment, co-ordinate handing over of the equipment to the consignee etc. with high-end sophisticated equipment the 80 laboratories could build the capacity to do testing of the Food and Drug samples at Par with International Standards.I was the primary analyst for the feasibility study of improving the health service delivery at Parirenyatwa Hospital in Zimbabwe and also for the pre-feasibility study for the upgradation of the two Hospitals in Myanmar.
