  Here I learned all the functional knowledge about telecom and Ericsson AXE810 BSS. Along with the alarm team I was responsible to detect and rectify any kind of alarms on the BSS side of the Ericsson AXE810 equipment for Goa and Maharashtra circles. Worked on many critical situations where we must detect and rectify the alarms within the time constraint in more than fifty BSS comprising about ten to fifteen thousand telecom towers (BTS).
