• Perform mRNA transcription; use of reaction and bioprocess vessels, and basic yields calculation to produce 20,000 doses of product per process with a team of 12 individuals. • Operates assigned cGMP biomanufacturing equipment, including chromatography skids and Tangential Flow Filtration skids, pH/conductivity meters, tubing fusers/sealers, filter integrity testers, peristaltic pumps, balances, and Biosafety Cabinets (BSC) or Laminar Flow Hoods (LFH) via training materials and courses. • Have knowledge of and executed aseptic techniques including aseptic Bulk Drug Substance (BDS) fill), and environmental monitoring. • Experience with purification techniques via liquid chromatography. • Executes and properly documents Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Biomanufacturing activities. • Supports Biomanufacturing staff with proper completion of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Batch Production Records (BPR) and Job Aid (JA). • Operate within ISO 5, 6, and 7 environments. • Coordinate with other departments including quality and facilities to ensure equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated. • Practice safety standards while operating equipment and identify safety hazards to be reported to the supervisor. • Maintain standards of compliance and regulatory requirements by following SOPs, GMP practices and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
