• Participated in the initial planning and development from scratch including design, business logic of a new feature requested by the customer. • The new capability was built using Spring MVC framework and REST webservices. • Implemented the video upload and playback capability using the Amazon’s Simple Storage (S3) and Elastic Transcoder solution. • Reviewed code and other deliverables. • Lead a team of 4 people at offshore development center and worked closely with the customer and onsite teams. • Ensured cross browser code compatibility using latest web development methodologies. • Participated in resolution of bugs reported by customer and internal testing team. • UI Design - Debugged UI issues using Mozilla Firebug (for Firefox issues), Developer Tools (for Safari and Chrome). • Involved in product development using Core Java technologies. This involved various gateway interactions with different services using webservices. • Gather the business requirements for upload of seed data changes to CRM and asynchronous sharing of data from CRM to other solutions and vice versa.
