I have had the pleasure of working closely with Anup while I was a student at Middlesex University Dubai. He is the definition of hardworking, friendly, organised, and fun. He has always been understanding and knows when we need to buckle up and get serious and when to take a break and relax. He also makes sure to always walk with his team. Not once did I ever find him attempting to show authority over the students (myself included) who worked with him. He is always up for celebrating his team's success and encouraging them when things as not working out as planned. He also believes in not blaming when things go the other way; instead, he tries to find a solution collectively, and this has been evident in his actions. Overall, working and interacting with Anup has been an absolute privilege, and I'm glad I know him as a person and as a professional.
