  In this role, I am required to serve up to 200 guests at an exceptional standard. This role has allowed me to become accustomed to a fast-paced environment and ensure that I am able to communicate efficiently and effectively with a wide range of people. This role has widely increased my communication skills as well as my team-working skills as I have to work with both back-of-house managers and waiters to ensure that food is brought out within an appropriate time frame and to the correct guests.
