  • Spearheading as a Cluster Head for a program which aims at reaching out to under-privileged people from the rural areas who are migrating to other states for jobs and are majorly illiterate and unskilled. • Handling the smooth function of the training which focuses on blue-collared trades that can be taught to dropouts and illiterates are being taken like Construction skills, welding, cooks for catering businesses and hotel are some examples. These are typically hard skills. • Efficiently providing placement to people who complete their training after 30-45 days with the help of CII who further assist in getting clients. • Responsible for achieving the target i.e. 240 admissions for the 6 Gurukuls under my supervision with a team of 12 team members in 4 other districts as district coordinator & Block coordinator. • Efficiently designing the process at the grass-root level for mobilizing more people through - • People who have a good influence in their local areas, like school teachers, social workers, Gram Pradhan, Mukhiya, Ward member or anybody through who can enter in a village & explain the programmed to the local boys and their parents. • NGOs that have good outreach at the grassroots level, and have a team which are working at village level from past many years &also those who have good faith in these NGO. • Mobilizing people with the help of district administration team Like Block Development Officer (BDO), Panchyat Sevak, Rojgar Sevak and conducting a meeting with local boys & their parents in their village.
