My key roles and responsibilities of the role are as below- • Brain-storm on product enhancement requirements with Business Analyst and Software developer and document it using Confluence and Google docs • Discussion with QA lead, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and scrum master regarding acceptance criteria of user stories and tasks which helps in creating the flow of Software functionality and test plan • Building test plans and manual test cases using Confluence, Zephyr scale, and Jira • Perform smoke testing, functional testing, acceptance testing, API testing, database testing, performance testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing, API testing using Postman • Google meet, slack ScrumPoker, and Miro board tools are being for daily standup, estimating user stories, Retro, and planning meetings • For creating automation test cases, Microsoft Visual Code is being used for Selenium with PHP, C# • Rise management on current or upcoming tasks and bugs, while documenting in testing Reports, emails, and Jira bug tickets • Take follow-ups from developer's and QA's work to determine what are the Sprint goals possibility if there is any issue then report on prior bases to handle the risk of delivery • Providing training to new or other QA members regarding the QA process or change in approaches Show less
