Yesterday I went mountain biking with Anu. This was to be my second mountain biking adventure ever and after a three year break from even sitting on a bike. Anu give excellent instructions allowing me to have a go whilst learning more skills bit by bit. The ride itself had a few challenges along the way and had clearly been chosed to give a good all round flavour of what can be done. With the patience and help of Anu I successfully made it around several tracks spending a couple of hours having fantastic fun. I now know that this is a sport I can enjoy and have plans to ride again already. I'll also be keeping in touch with Anu to show me more tips and skills as she clearly knows her stuff and how to pass that on to us mere mortals. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable session which taught me that anything is possible if you give it a go.

I had a 6-week course of swimming lessons with Anu to learn the front crawl. She was absolutely brilliant and very patient. Although I need a lot more practice, I can now swim with confidence and have finally mastered the correct breathing. Thank you Anu.
