'Setting Transformation Blueprint' is an initiative of Bangladesh Textile Today. National participants of Textile Talent Hunt Season-7 were directly employed with this initiative. With the academia-industry collaboration, this initiative created professionals who have gone through extensive Factory Skills Development and Soft Skills Development trainings and real hands-on problem-solving experience of existing problems in different particular areas of the Textile and Apparel Industry. Key takeaways: • Selected as a Transformation Leader for the national competition by competing on several scales with 81 participants from 6 different universities in TTH Campus Day Competition (Dhaka City Central Zone). • Got 18 trainings on soft skills and industry skills development. • Researched scopes of transformation with sustainable dyes and chemicals in cotton knit dyeing considering sustainability and financial aspects. • Executed a project in South West Composite Ltd. with a demonstrated history of working with renowned industry experts and academic supervisors. • Ranked 18th nationally in TTH Season-7 competing with 109 Transformation Leaders (selected among 1200 participants from 30+ institutions) based on the project (Practically Tested Transformation Model - PTTM) and additional scales. 'BYLC Youth Carnival 2019' Participant

BYLC Youth Carnival 2019, a two-day-long celebration (December 27-28, 2019) of the youth of Bangladesh focused on the development of young people in the country, celebrating their lives and works. The carnival was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the NGO Affairs Bureau. There were sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and short talks featuring youth leaders and respected dignitaries of the country. The Carnival also had various stalls where participants could gain access to free career guidance and mentoring support, avail of information on higher education and scholarship opportunities, and engage in games, quizzes, and exhibitions.
