This involved looking closely at the relationship between admissions forecasting, accurate daily reporting of results, and where necessary interim measures to ensure increases/reductions in admissions were reacted to accordingly – Islington.- Playing a key part in a successful team consistently delivering sustained business growth and sales performance throughout 2008 – highlights include setting several new site records for one-day attendances and being the Number 1 cinema in London for Operating Profit increase – Islington.- Throughout late 2007 until mid 2008 I assisted in the London operational management training program – Vueniversity’, inducting, training and preparing 5 Managers and 2 General Managers for life within Vue.
