Some outstanding projects: - Management Reporting development in State-Owned Company: Updated customer´s management report by understanding the needs and goals. Then noticed that the reporting process was partly outsourced to a consulting company, it was taking too much time (1-2 days) and wash´t reliable. Managed to implement and automatize the process and take the process back in-house. Gained also role in deployment of Qlikview BI-tool by representing the client. Together with Qlikview-consultant we created KPIs to HR. - Planning of a process to conceptualize services in a Private Health Care Company: Led a 3 consultants team to build a model how to plan and execute new business ideas. Biggest concept was sport-related we put through the process. Nowadays Sport-concept has served customers nation wide for some years with good results. - Market studies and new business opportunity studies in Wholesale Business: The goal was to explore new potential in different business areas using hypothesis logic. The need was to understand the buying behavior in different industries and both, existing and new clients. I gathered feedback of the customer service and the way the client treated its customers. - Group CFO´s personal consultant in Wholesale Business: The goal was to help CFO to provide results to the group board. I developed Group Management Report to be in-line group wide. I also created many ad-hoc reports. Also developed competitor analysis and prepared material to a project, which goal was to outsource car fleet from the balance sheet to a fleet-vendor. - Finding the lost profitability in Nordic Wide Electricity Service Provider: Analyzed finished projects, which resulted deficit.
