From the moment I met Antti I have admired his truly enthusiastic attitude to Lean and Agile! We worked at the same time as agile coach/RTE and often shared challenges and also moments of success. If I ever needed a fresh view or new ideas (even crazy) I went to Antti. He is also the one who knows all the new and must-read books so it's very valuable just to have a chat or coffee break with him :) It was a pleasure to teach SAFe trainings with such a professional, fun and lot of experience gained coach. I truly hope our ways cross still in the future!

Antti worked as a RTE when we met. I was (am) amazed by Antti's energy, enthusiasm and commitment to encourage and help teams to find their own Agile way of working. Antti always had an example to show, a picture to draw, a tool to use, a concept to try, a story to tell or an article to read when we needed support. His skillset is wide and he's easy to approach and work with which I think is crucial if you want to be a good facilitator. I once asked that Don't you ever get bored to learn more about the Agile mindset or organizational change (he was reading some book on his day or evening off) and the answer was simply No. So thank you for challenging, listening and caring! I would recommand Antti for any lean-minded team or organization which needs coaching or mentoring. And I would like to consider you as my mentor even we don't work together anymore.

Member of DNA Lean-Agile Coach team and responsible for continually enhancing DNA agile ways of working for 650+ person development organisation. As a Coach team member, I regularly ran training sessions, both custom and SAFe flavoured, and facilitated or took part in designing and implementing the next experiments to further improve how we work (people, process and technology) and interact with each other at DNA. I advocate to look things from a system (holistic) viewpoint and emphasizing the interdependence of product and engineering capabilities.Working also in a Release Train Engineer role at (B2C) DNA Digital Services area, providing leadership support (ways of working, facilitating technical decision making and championing the evolution of software development practices towards continuous deployment, to mention a few and yes, we did deploy on black week & black Friday), mentoring and coaching for 80+ people in 9 different feature teams, including product owners, scrum masters, developers and members of the product management team. I helped to ensure our teams were aligned but autonomous and our product and engineering capabilities developed together. Brought and trained OKR planning as a method to replace PI Plans from Program increments.Wrote my master's thesis based on enterprise-wide ways of working evolution project in which I acted as the main driver and facilitator. This initiative invited ~ 40 leaders across the organisation to clarify the current obstacles and probable root causes in the architecture, development practices, organisations and way of working. This work culminated in identifying shared values, principles, organisational countermeasures and changes to our way of working that would not only remove the obstacles but be a significant improvement organisational outcomes.
