Co-owner and Projects Director responsible for every aspect of the company administration and site works. We specialize in sustainable and renewable building methods and construction techniques and promote this within all our projects. Our area of expertise is large, unique homes of distinction that incorporate green technologies with cutting edge design and construction methods. I liaise with clients directly offering a friendly approachable service making their dream home as easy and stress free to become a reality. Budget constraints, programs, problem solving, design ideas, health and safety and environmental impact are just a portion of the key areas of my role. The company was formed so that we could make a difference from the normal ‘doing the bare minimum' and promote sustainable design, all within everyone's reach and budget, it literally ‘doesn't cost the earth!'

Artez Living, a new part to the growing Artez Group is focused on residential projects ranging from bespoke individual homes to large multi unit projects. As a director my duties are to ensure that the company performs on a daily basis to achieve the goals and aims that have been set within the Artez Group. My role involves the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction; quality and that budgetary and time related constraint’s are met over the organisations portfolio. Interacting with the commercial team and direct employee’s to keep a well organized and efficient company is a major part of my role and for the organization to achieve its goals. I am involved in every aspect of the company, from cash flow and forecasting to delivery of projects on the ground, coordinating all of the processes along the way.

Senior Construction Manager

Senior Construction Manager responsible for a large team of Site Managers and Supervisors on a £36m regeneration project Chimney Pot Park in Salford Manchester. The scheme has won various awards to date including RIBA, MIPIM, Best Development, Best Affordable development and Overall Completed to name a few. I am responsible for the site team coordination ensuring that the programme timescales and budget are met or exceeded. Holding bi-weekly contractor meetings to monitor performance against schedule, quality control, H&S guidelines are being followed and to coordinate the future programme. Additional responsibilities include, checking details and liaising with the Architect on the design elements, their practicality and build ability, H&S on site including welfare facilities, PPE, working methods, design and site layout.

Site Manager

Site Manager Working on various residential schemes ranging from £3m - £12m including bespoke properties individually valued at £1m+. Controlling a Site Team of 30 – 50 cards in Tradesmen and Subcontractors ensuring that deadlines and budget are met. Producing programmes for the site and subcontractors and to ensure the dates are met and the quality is of the highest standards. Procurement of all materials and subcontractors, liaising with suppliers/agencies for best product at best price. Use of EDM, auto level and Theodolite in site engineering and setting out the individual plots and the site infrastructure. Liaising with the Architect and Structural Engineer to design and construct ideas and concepts on site and to ensure practicality and build ability
