      As a CNI Fellow, I undertook a project to further the goals of the Carbon Neutrality Initiative set forth by Janet Napolitano in 2013, which aims to make the UC system carbon neutral by 2025. My project consisted in a Climate Action Framework for UC Santa Barbara's Housing & Residential Services, outlining the necessary steps to bring their Scope 1 and 2 emissions down to zero by 2025.
