Worked on HP Agilaire Load planning – Delta Airlines implementation. Have been working with multiple Airline customers such as Delta, Continental, and American Airline’s projects since Jan 2008. Expertise knowledge on transportation domain. Have been working with various potential airlines customer’s business analysts, architects and end users to perform due diligence, detailed requirements study and analysis for Load Planning system Developed the POC on Drools/JBoss Rules engine to separate the business rules from the application. This Pilot project provided the baseline implementation for HP Auto Load Planning implementation- Effort was greatly appreciated by HP Flight Ops Account team management. Improved the product architecture and design to achieve client expected application service response times (<3 seconds). Developed Automatic aircraft loading functionality to meet client demands to improve business process and reduce load times. Improve user interface to reduce end-user learning time and increase the number of flights a load planner can work during a shift. Simplified the delivery support services required to operate and maintain legacy systems, Developed Architectural application design and established traceability with Requirements. Have Controlled and Coordinated requirements with the client to analyze their feasibility and provided appropriate solutions wherever required. Coordinated Product Demos with End-Users and obtained acceptance from end users group.

Played role as TechLead. Responsible for solving any technical issues like giving the development process when the project migrated to a new version with the new technology. Responsibilities include tasks such as Creation of Reusable Component Development used across the various projects. Devised new architecture for the Development Environment, Product Enhancements, Technical Feasibility Analysis and Trouble Shooting etc. Developed the Business Layer Components and the Data Access Layer Components. Managing Development, Deployment on Production Server environments. Assisted Application development teams in solving all sort of technical issues as a Mentor. Developing Utilities tools for Production server support activities such as Employee Search using AJAX, Web based Query Analyzer; Web based Task Manager, etc. Coordinate with the onsite customer and offshore development team and supporting the existing product enhancements. Took many Tech Share Sessions and also motivated and mentored team members to present the Tech Session. Took many Technical Interviews.
