MARKETING TRAINING - 1MONTH: In simple words #AWARENESS# The main motto of marketing is about creating awareness of the product and creating a path to the customers for an enriching experience. where come the experience???? Experience can be gianed by the exclusive brandings and the handon experince by the demo phones and other purchasing materials. The core responsibilities are DEMOP PHONES ALLOCATIONS FOR RETAIL OUTLETS, Affordability schemes for customers and schemes for retailers And to verify the brading position at the reatail outlets. TEAM LEADER TRAINING-3 MONTHS: The two pillars of sales are push and pull strategy. As a Team Leader my core responsibility is to educate VBA about the product knowledge and create awareness about the schemes provided and how to create high profit and maintain a strategic business relationship with the retailer. These are the learnings i have been through as a management trainee and for more to gain.
