Antony is a brilliant ambassador for the travel industry. Having known him for many years it’s clear to me he has a fantastic spread of knowledge across a variety of segments. Personable, honest and someone I trust implicitly.

Daryl Bennett

As General Secretary of UKinbound, I worked with Antony for two years on all aspects of the Association's membership needs. Diligent, tenacious and creative, Antony's work ethic during the pandemic was exceptional and, thanks to him, we were able to retain a far higher percentage of members than we had predicted. One of the industry's true gentlemen, he is respected and liked by everyone that I know and I'm privileged to count him as a friend.

I have overseen the diversification of members and partners. Bringing on board a diverse range of accounts that covers the whole range of suppliers and tour operators in the UK. I also developed a territorial strategy to encompass a far wider reach of the UK, prioritising key areas to bring maximum growth. A key strategy has been to support all our members and partners, including crucially the onboarding of new members. I've developed great relationships through account management, regular communication, taking time to visit members across the UK, and understand their needs and how we can both support each other through effective collaboration. This is further enhanced by collaborating with internal departments. All this is backed up by market intelligence, monitoring market trends, attending industry events including networking, trade shows and B2B workshops. Taking time to build strong relationships with companies and industry colleagues at all levels.
