I'm responsible for the operations in the Packaging area, managing around 150 people. My main object is to meet the production plan and to optimize the lines usage and people assignment. The area consists of 7 packaging lines and 1 labeling module, with a great variety of technology and type of machines. Terexlift is a company of TEREX Group. I was responsible for production department, managing 150 employee, divided on 4 production lines. Every line was managed directly by a supervisor.I had the responsibility to:•prepare the production plan, based on commercial forecast•work with the purchasing department to have the right material in the right time•work with quality department to solve problems found on the production lines.I have had experiences in the implementation of the first moving line of the site and in many projects related to “Lean Production” approach.I had also a week of training on “Lean Production” in USA.

Maintenance and Utilities Manager at “ELI LILLY” Sesto Fiorentino’s site. Since 2003 until 2006, I was part of Board of Director of CEF (“Consorzio Energia Firenze”) for Eli Lilly.I was responsible for maintenance department, managing 55 employee, divided in 4 different areas: General Maintenance, Utilities Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance and Pharma Maintenance.I was responsible to perform FMEA analysis on equipment, preparation of preventive maintenance program, ,managing of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities. I was responsible to manage the external maintenance service suppliers, estimation of services costs and verification of realization.I was responsible to prepare the maintenance and energy expenses budget.In April 2006 I have been certified as “Black Belt” in “LEAN SIX SIGMA” program.
