Antonio has been instrumental in designing, building, and deploying metrics/management reports that generated the necessary transparency in regards to the operational performance against customer SLAs and internal Corporate Targets/Goals across divers Service Delivery Organizations, i.e. Call Centers, Helpdesk, Service Desk, and Network Centers,. He insures that data sets extracted are reliable and consistent week after week/month after month. I can highly recommend him in his capacity as Business Analyst to any future IT Leader.

I was hired as business analyst for the EMEA call center. My Initial roll was to consolidate data extracted from different databases, using Business Objects, Avaya, Crystal Reports, Blue Pumpkin and other tools. Using the resulting metrics, and according to KPI and forecasting future workload I was able to help managers with sizing their teams. Later on, I was responsible for the consolidation of reports by other team members, and also for the creation, testing and constant improvement of those queries created in Business Objects. Queries that aimed to perform not only local reporting but also reports for several different Business Units in EMEA. I was also involved (from a reporting point of view) with the implementation of the new CISCO web reporting tool when the IP telephony was implemented in NCR. Show less
