I had the pleasure of working with Antonio to understand and diagnose trends relating to Employee Engagement. Antonio is thorough, hard working and always personable – willing to partner on a variety of projects and tasked. He was able to effectively synthesize large amounts of qualitative data to support a thorough understanding of some of the key drivers of turnover at our organization. Antonio is passionate about the employee experience and committed to creating work environments that support staff success.

I first met Tonii as a colleague at Year Up with an interest and strong background in learning and development and project management. In April 2019, I hired Tonii as a project management consultant to support Year Up's staff off-site meeting. Tonii joined the team at a critical moment - we were ~10 weeks out from the event with a lot of moving pieces to manage including session content development, roommate pairing, travel and lodging logistics, finalizing A/V needs, etc. Tonii stepped in, learned out project management system quickly and provided critical support to me and the team over the next 10 weeks of planning. He lead our weekly sprint meetings keeping each of the Year Up team members on track for deliverables. He also managed our larger team meetings (bi-weekly) with our event consultants. He set the agenda, kept us on track and immediately updated the team with meeting notes and updates to the project plan based on discussions in the meeting. Tonii demonstrated a strong ability to manage up to multiple individuals in an effort to make the event a success. Tonii was so helpful in our project management leading up to the event that we invited him to come and support "on the ground' during the event. Tonii was a team player that entire week - he showed up early and helped to take care of details big and small without complaint. Our participants provided us feedback on Tonii's high level of customer service throughout the planning and the execution of the event. I strongly recommend Tonii as a project manager - he is thorough, thoughtful, keeps tasks and individuals on track and is always thinking about the end user. The event he supported my team with served 1,000 people with a $1.8M budget. It was a hugely successful event - 84% of participants reported that they were satisfied or highly satisfied with the event.
