Kervis is a prominent real estate investment platform acting as a local operating partner for foreign investors. My team analyse investment opportunities on behalf of international institutional investors, from scouting to closing. The investments pursued range from core to opportunistic, chiefly focused on value-add strategies. Main tasks include drafting of feasibility studies for new investment opportunities, financial modelling and asset and company valuations, due diligence coordination, raising financing and real estate market quarterly update.
