The distribution system consists of approximately 4,200 miles of pipelines, 98,000 appurtenances, and 380,000 water meters. The Distribution Maintenance and Distribution Division consists of a staff of over 220 employees and an operating budget exceeding $31 million.

Actively participated in contruction meetings related to the new EASC (East Area Service Center). Completed the installation of AMR meters in Blackhawk.
