I had the pleasure of working with Antonio on our open-source project, ad3lie. Antonio is an exceptional software engineer with his ability to problem solve and his go-getter attitude. I have never seen him give up on any tasks that comes his way, even when it is something he is not familiar with. I believe that his SWE skills will speak for themselves. But what I really want to focus on when it comes to Antonio, is his amazing attitude that is not as easy to grasp through a list of technical skillsets. Antonio often showed strong leadership with his perceptiveness and ability to logically think through issues, often resolving communication conflicts within the team. He brings a strong sense of team bonding and community wherever he goes and enjoys spending time understanding others and making sure that his peers are both challenged and feel like they have the ability to accomplish their tasks. More often then not, he has helped our team members grow by giving great critical feedback and allowing his peers to understand where they could improve without anyone feeling targeted. I believe that Antonio will be a great senior software engineer for any company that has a strong sense of community within their organization.
