  Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumour (SLCT) is a rare type of ovarian carcinoma. Recent studies have shown a mutation in the DICER1 gene is present in over half of cases. My project aimed to develop an SLCT model by introducing a DICER1 mutation into primary granulosa cells via CRISPR gene editing technology.
