Antonio is definitely ahead of his time – and if you look at the other recommendations around here, you'll see I'm not the only one who feels like this. Why? Because he has greater professional maturity and commitment than many others I know who are around my age – and note that I'm about 20 years older than Antonio. He's fluent in English, dedicated, determined, ambitious, and a very good person. On top of that, he has great communication and leadership skills and is a natural entrepreneur. I got to his profile here on Linkedin pretty randomly – probably due to our common passion for gaming – and started following him when I realized how well-intentioned he was, how excited he feels about the gaming industry, and how valuable and insightful the content he shared on this network was. Then, one day he reached me for feedback on a new website he was creating, called "Mentorias Games Brasil". I found the idea of building a mentorship community to help young aspiring professionals understand how to get a job in video games something awesome and unprecedented. I believed in the initiative so much that I instantly asked him if instead of feedback he'd like to have me as a volunteer partner on this project to help him take the branding and website interface to the next level. He agreed to it and we were able to increase the reach of the initiative in a way we never thought it was possible. I'm very grateful for this partnership and because of him and his outstanding networking skills, I got the privilege to know so many great video game professionals. Due to that, each day I'm getting closer and closer to my dream to be working full-time in the gaming industry. I consider him my friend today and I can see that clearly when he shows an authentic enthusiasm when I accomplish things. I'm a big fan of him as well and will always root for his continuous success and that he reaches all of his professional and personal goals. I'm confident he'll achieve even greater things in the future and I'll be there to celebrate all the victories that are ahead of him.

I remember clearly the first time I ask Antonio for his age and there was a pause, a deep breath, and only then the answer. Thats when I truly learned age is just a number. Antonio is a dedicated learner, who is truthfully eager to learn, evolve and be better. He is driven, has great initiative, and is passionate about what he does.
