These solutions involve linking multiple incompatible systems to communicate with each other, detect errors and send status alerts to relevant parties. Direct Mail and Digital Marketing Working with clients, including various Sydney Local Councils, Optus and Energy Australia, to help manage their Big Data and produce Direct Mail solutions, ranging from advertisement campaigns to bills and notices. Using Exact Target on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create similar solutions for email and maintaining our clients’ Subscribers.

  When doing the general maintenance at many different schools in the greater Sydney area, I would work in small teams where many did not speak English and therefore would be translating for or speaking directly with the clients to gather information about the job. During my time involved in the construction of the Australia Tower in Homebush, tasks would be handed out that lasted several days which improved my ability to work in isolation doing several things at once, preparing and painting entire apartment levels.
