  The primary function of a Staffing Manager is to successfully recruit and establish a network of therapists (PT/OT/SLP) and assistants (PTA/OTA/SLPA) for short and long-term job assignments in designated geographical areas. This role has a combination of recruiting responsibilities including candidate sourcing, candidate management, as well as maintaining and exceeding revenue goals and expectations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Recruit therapists and assistants for various clinical roles  Attract therapists through various sourcing methods including social media and email marketing Manage recruiting process from initial qualifying conversations to closing Credential and qualify therapists and assistants prior to placement Continuously renew therapist and assistant pipelines Attain and uphold predetermined revenue goals Other recruiting duties as assigned
