My tenure at the company began overseeing operations for Neeltran, Inc., a family-owned business serving global markets with custom DC power systems and transformers. I advanced rapidly through progressive leadership roles, culminating as President/COO. Following the company’s sale to AMSC in 2021, Neeltran became a division within AMSC. I assumed a new title, while continuing to perform the same duties. Leading the DC power supply and transformer division, I drive sales growth, manage a team of 100+, with 7 direct reports in sales, engineering, operations, HR, test/service, quality, and facilities, and oversee the U.S. and Italian offices. In addition, I prepare the annual budget, provide quarterly commitments, and create and update the 5-year plan. Serving on the executive committee, I present annual and quarterly reports directly to the CEO and corporate executive team. Key Contributions: ►Increased sales 35%, meeting the goal. ►Helped Neeltran achieve growth in the tens of millions prior to its sale, positioning the company as a power supply and transformer industry leader. ►Built the technical, operations, and sales teams from scratch with little external investment and no prior sales references. ►Designed large-scale custom equipment and convinced customers to buy. ►Secured orders in the tens of millions to support Neeltran’s early growth. ►Outpaced revenue demands and made Neeltran the largest private company in the industry by expanding facilities. ►Generated key business to propel the company into larger projects. ►Increased efficiency by installing new systems and a computer network and implementing Salesforce. ►Drove profitability, reduced material costs, and decreased design and manufacturing times. ►Developed trust with large chemical and mining company’s engineers, visited clients to get on their bidders list, and opened an Italian office. ►Established systems for sales, engineering, and operations
