The internship realization focuses mainly on the test machine CAD-generated model design on the CatiaV5 software. The project main stages includes sound insulating cover study, electrical actuator choice according to the parameters movement communicated to the gear shifter cable ends, adaptation design for actuator and bracket positioning system taking the couple vehicles gear casing diversity into account. After 5 months of work, the project results are the test bench CAD design, the actuator parameters establishment, the sound attenuation housing material evaluation and a costing study thanks to suppliers contact.
