As I scribe, I worked in an emergency room with physicians in order to maintain meticulous and detailed notes of patient’s history, history of present illness, medical procedures, and wrote patient’s charts. I demonstrated time management skills and organization by accompanying the physician to see several patients at once and finishing their charts in a timely manner.
