Self taught Oracle Apex which allowed me to deliver an application that includes analytical dashboards and reports for major stakeholders. This app gave them easy access to data, transparency, and assists them in better decision making. One favorite feature is the recommendation of watches to sell for a particular customer based from the current data. Apex made it possible for me to create visually appealing dashboards and reports. I have experienced developing Javascript, Java, Oracle Jet Charts with Apex to achieve a better, functional report or chart. Recently, I was able to create a Sunburst chart purely in Apex without any third party plugin. This helped the manager identify strong and weak areas instantly. I also use Apex Officeprint (AOP) for my reports to be able to download the reports in excel, pdf, word, and other formats. As we have an internal Oracle ERP, I also have to support, develop, and troubleshoot in Oracle Forms, Reports, Plsql and Unix Shell Scripting. Although this role is predominantly technical, I also function as an analyst in gathering up requirements, liaising with the user, investigating and solving issues, and documenting specs. Show less
