The way brands interact with customers has fundamentally changed, whether it is in-person or online. Technology has played a pivotal role. Our creative agency, Imagination, was forced to use off the shelf software that didn’t provide enough customisation. Creating unique experiences for product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, live music and sports events, location based experiences, innovation centres, brand homes and retail, presented complex challenges. The data wasn’t joined up. Different systems. Different metrics, different formats. Nearly impossible to integrate and analyse. Building backend software from scratch for each and every experience was time consuming and costly. It didn’t always work. Enter XPKit, our Customer Experience Toolkit.
