Made major contributions to systems development including: - Designed and implemented new systems to allow General Ledger uploads of billing data. - Was able to Design and implement new procedures and tools to achieve substantial back office operational efficiency improvements. Many SQL based tools were developed to replace tasks that were previously done manually. In this way was able to achieve substantial HR savings for Housley. - Designed, developed and implemented a bill reporting system capable of handling over large 80 clients simultaneously at high speed. In one particular project, this system was used to identify over 10% savings on an annual telecom expenditure volume of over $250 million dollars on behalf of over 75 Government Agencies. For two years acted as Service Desk Supervisor, being the first escalation point for all tickets that could not be handled independently by the service desk.
