Anton is overqualified as an intern. We were blown away while browsing portfolios of candidates back then. It was a no brainer to book him for an interview. I don't work with him directly. He reports to my co-lead who handles all hard surface assets. He was an intern in Ubisoft Massive for more than half a year. His portfolio already says a lot. He has impressive technical and artistic skills with exceptional eye for detail. It's hard to believe that we hired him as an intern because his performance is like someone with industry experience. He inherited tasks from a senior artist who left the project and was able to carry on with ease. He is also versatile enough to help on tasks even outside his expertise. He has a ton of passion for his craft and couples this with great work ethic. Anton is also an all-around great person to be around with. He works well in a team, always seeking and giving feedback to improve his work. He has a positive vibe and would occasionally drop a joke or two that would brighten the mood. He is very approachable and super friendly. I can't stress enough how much I recommend Anton to any team looking for a Hard Surface artist. He is a rare breed. I would advice that you act fast. I doubt he will stay available for long. He's starting out his career in such a high level. I am looking forward to whatever he will work on next. In case of further questions, please message me directly.

I've had a pleasure to work with Anton during his internship at Massive for almost half a year. During that time Anton showed that he is amazing artist and his skillset outweighs his current title. He has an amazing eye for detail, and together with his immense passion for hard surface design and his great technical skill makes him a very valuable team member. Not only he possesses great artistic and technical skill, he is also a great collaborator, with always being pro-active with reaching out to his fellow teammates to make sure that we are working on the best possible solution for the current task. He is great at understanding current production needs and limitations and always adheres his work to those needs. He is also great in seeking feedback and providing feedback. He doesn't hesitate to reach out, when he notices any issues, and is also very open into receiving feedback and adjusting his work to the desired vision and direction. Overall I can't recommend Anton highly enough, it has been only a pleasure to work together with him and I'm really looking forward to working with him again someday.
