  As a policy analyst at Forum, my role has been to develop Forum's national work aimed at strengthening the role and contribution of civil society organisastions in Swedish welfare and democracy, including forming strategic and operational goals, planning and executing cross-organisational and cross-sectoral collaborations and advocacy initiatives.

  "Civil society for openness and inclusion" (2020-2021)Project manager for a national civil society network aimed at facilitating cooperation between organisations working against racism and intolerance in Sweden. Responsible for budget, planning and execution of activities, including the arrangement of network meetings, seminars and forming joint policy positions. "Democracy at eye level" (2019-2020)Responsible for forming and leading a national project together with a number of partner organizations in order to further develop Forum's support for associations engaged in early social prevention work against violent extremism. Among other things, the project resulted in the publication "Democracy at eye level: Support for associations and civil society leaders responding to anti-democratic expressions, threats and hatred"."Forum's asylum and integration network" (2016-2019)Responsible for forming and leading a national civil society network of organisations working for refugees in Sweden. This role included planning and facilitiating large, cross-sectoral meetings and projects, strategic communication, budget planning as well as policy forming. "Together for trust and democracy" (2016-2017)Project manager for the national project "Together for trust and democracy" established in order to highlight and develop the contribution of civil society in the work against violent extremism in Sweden. Through national as well as international activities Forum and partner organizations enhanced the knowladge and importance of social prevention work in combating anti-democratic and extremist movements.
