      My dissertation work aims to utilize cell-specific genome-wide expression profiling to help identify mechanisms underlying the relationship between two different brain cells-neurons and oligodendrocytes. My work focuses on establishing transcriptional and translational profiles of oligodendrocyte cells through techniques involving RNA purification and sequencing.
