  Founded LivePepper, my first experience as an entrepreneur. The company initially provided a freemium service for retailers to have a public presence on the Internet. In 2009, the company pivoted to becoming an online ordering solution for restaurants. LivePepper eventually became one of the major European companies in this field, with customers ranging from single location restaurants to multinational chains (KFC, Papa John's, Pizza Hut), with a mission of putting independent restaurants on a par with big chains in online ordering. The turnover increased by 10-65% every year between 2010 and 2019. Key achievements: ► Built a team of smart, enjoyable and efficient people. Half of the team working remotely. ► Set the product vision & roadmap. ► Designed and developed the technical platform (Ruby, JS). Managed a team of 4-5 developers and designers. ► Pivoted the company in 2009 when the initial business model proved hard to monetize. ► Launched an online magazine (RestoConnection) to educate the restaurant industry about digitalization. ► Started my next venture (HubRise) during my tenure, initially as a pet project.
