  Hydrogen for interseasonal energy storage: Economic potential and development strategies.The aim of this project is to evaluate the economic potential of electrolysers for power storage and provide insights on the developments needed for an efficient scale-up of clean hydrogen.A novel approach has been developed to meet the following objectives:• Assess the economic performance of electrolysis depending on power price data and technical parameters.• Estimate the financial viability of electrolysis used for power storage.• Provide insights on the value of enhancing electrolysis parameters.• Interview experts to validate the research conducted, share the results and open the discussion on further actions needed.
