Estimation of physiological parameters in dynamic PET imaging.The purpose of the project is to explore methods for estimating rates of physiological uptake parameters using dynamic PET imaging. This research work would focus on how to compute reliably and efficiently these parameters and evaluate the confidence interval of them. The role of motion correction on the computation of these parameters and the confidence of their estimation will also be investigated.
