For pharmaceutical industry, Actini is psecialized in biowaste decontamination system. We are making complete system for biotech customers, animal facilities, Research labaratories or Hospital. I am managing project for Europe, Asian, African or American customers. For the food industry, these projects are complete line of liquid eggs pasteurization for European, Asian or American customers. I am in charge of managing projects from the signature of the contract to the commissioning of the equipment in customer facility. Sometimes, in case of pharmaceutical project, the qualifications of our system are also part of our scope. As a project manager, I am responsible of the schedule, the budget, the compliancy of the project with customer requirements, the management of manpower required for the project.
