  I travelled for one year in Australia in the purpose of seeking new experiences and discovering a new culture. While driving numerous of hours along the country and visiting, I worked for an accumulated time of 5 months. I experienced varried jobs, such as forklift and tractor driving (6 weeks), fruit picking (6 weeks), labouring (5 weeks), food and beverage attending (3 weeks).   Cette mission de 6 mois commanditée par la MAINH (Mission d'Appui à l'Investissement National Hospitalier), avait pour objectif de créer un guide pragmatique pour la valorisation du patrimoine immobilier hospitalier. Ce guide comporte des exemples concrets de valorisation, ainsi qu'une comparaison des méthodes et démarches avec des pays étrangers (Québec et Belgique). Ce document a été crée pour accompagner les décideurs hospitaliers dans leurs opérations de valorisation du patrimoine immobilier désaffecté. Il leurs donnent les outils pratiques et étapes nécessaires pour mener une étude de reconversion et appréhender les délais en jeu. Nous étions un groupe de 15 étudiants sur ce projet. J'ai participé à l'élaboration de ce guide en tant que "chef d'orchestre" puisque j'étais le seul parmi mes collègues à être en dernière année et avoir fait un autre projet de ce genre sur un autre sujet.   Dans le cadre des travaux d'extension du CH de Soissons, j'ai effectué un stage d'une durée de 7 mois en tant qu'assistant conducteur de travaux puis peu à peu conducteur de travaux. Les entreprises Quille et Norpac s'étaient associées sur ce chantier de grande ampleur. Je dépendais du domaine des CEA (corps d'états architecturaux), où je m'occupais plus particulièrement des lots de menuiseries extérieures, d'étanchéité, de menuiseries intérieures, de bardage et de couverture. Cela consistais en la préparation des travaux avec les sous-traitants (devis, négociation, plans d'exécution, planning, etc.), puis du suivi sur le chantier des entreprises de sous-traitance retenues. Une fois la phase du gros œuvre achevée, j'ai eu le rôle de conducteur de travaux sur le chantier. Quille et Norpac sont deux entités de l'entreprise Bouygues, dont leur domaine d'activité est la construction à grande échelle. Show less
