  I was in charge of supporting the defense industry in the Bourges urban conglomeration and the Centre-Val de Loire region. I was in charge of coordinating the industry, putting industrialists and project leaders in touch with the various military players in the area (DGA, Army, Air Force, SGA), as well as with the security (SDIS, GN) and intelligence agencies. My main mission was the definition and implementation of the DefStart acceleration program to allow 2 promotions of 3 companies each to benefit from a full year of support to access defense markets: organization and facilitation of workshops, company visits, business networking, individual support ... J'ai amené 3 entreprises françaises visiter 16 entités, des PME aux universités et aux centres techniques, pendant une semaine. Cette mission a été possible grâce à des contacts étroits avec des partenaires locaux. Il en résulte plusieurs citations et affaires faites.J'ai également organisé 3 stands mutualisés sur des foires en Italie (PLAST, Milan), en Allemagne (DKT, Nuremberg) et en France (Carnot, Lyon) réunissant une demi-douzaine d'entreprises.En tant que responsable de la communication, je sais gérer un apprenti en charge de notre newsletter et du webmastering. J'utilise mes compétences en gestion développées en tant qu'officier de réserve de l'armée.Nous avons organisé la réunion annuelle du cluster: ateliers sur les aspects économiques de la fonctionnalité et de la coopération, esprit d’équipe et intervention de curiosité sur l’IA à des fins de fabrication.
