Ask me about settling Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cases - my first ever changed an "I" to a "Y" in a client's trademark thanks to CitiBank being the plaintiff. I also focused on copyright law (copyright registrations, copyright database searches, copyright licensing and negotiations).
