I cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with peers, senior leadership, government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to optimize collaboration and drive efficiency. ➥ Lead a team of 3 direct reports and oversee onsite staff, ensuring all personnel are trained and perform all functions in alignment with stringent safety policies and policies. ➥ Plan and manage budgets of up to $100K per vendor and hold accountability for maintaining and strengthening relationships with 40+ vendors. Currently overseeing $500K+ in contracts. ➥ Foster and facilitate close collaboration with scientific staff to plan and implement infrastructure projects supporting ongoing R&D activities and provided astute assessment and interpretation of research needs and requirements according to project scope. ➥ Drive regulatory compliance and safety across the labs and continuously seek opportunities to improve safety and cost-efficiency.
