Leading the Wasps Community Foundation means I work closely with the Commuity delivery team of which Anthony is a member of. Working alongside Anthony is a real pleasure. Anthony always leads by example and keeps the students on the HITZ programme motivated throughout the course. Always encouraging them to reach their true potential both in their classroom and social enviorment's. Witnessing the students admiration towards Anthony and his humble response speaks volumes about Anthony unique persona. Anthony is a real team player supporting his colleagues both in their professional and personal life's. Anthony continues to be an invalualbe and intregral asset to the Wasps Community Delivery team.

I worked with Anthony over a period of 3 years through the HITZ programme where he was a delivery officer at Wasps. I found Anthony to be reliable and honest and someone who always gave his all. His abilities in working with hard to reach young people made him ideal for the role and demonstrates transferable skills such as problem solving, creative thinking and above all patience.
