Anthony has an uncanny ability to get the best out of his team, department or company, which was something I was able to observe during my time working with him. I would definitely say my success was heavily contributed to his natural skills to mentor and to motivate a team. Anthony is a true sales leader who has the ability to lead from the front. Even under extreme pressure Anthony maintains a positive attitude which ultimately keeps the team/sales force together as a unit. It was these characteristics I observed during my time at TrueLocal and GrabOne where I saw Anthony really produce some amazing results with what he had to work with. If anyone was to ask if I would recommend Anthony to head up a sales team or any senior management position within the sales arena I would highly recommend him due to how quickly he can change the landscape and results of a Sales Department, and how he personally helped me continue and raise the bar on my own career goals and development.
