Notable Achievements: - Assisted in the growth of FastenMaster's ProStar Program. Growing our list of qualified end users from 5K-20K. - Assisted in the acquisition of TigerClaw Hidden Fastening Systems. - Successfully launched over 18 new products/programs to market. - Successfully brought multiple new products through DFSS Stage Gate Process and commercialized. - The Exterior Applications Category of Products has been a consistent driver of Top and Bottom line performance at FastenMaster. I began as a Communication's Coordinator in April of 2006 and was promoted to Exterior Applications Product Manager in March of 2011. I've been focused on sustainable category growth through key account management, new product development, and continuous implementation of Lean Principles within the product value streams.
