As the HR Manager at the Tierra del Sol Foundation, my CEO gave me the challenge of improving the quality of new hires, as well as reducing turnover. The DPI tool from DeGarmo was a key factor in helping us to not only improve our talent acquisition, but it also helped managers to get a better understanding of their staff, enabling them to improve upon the manager's coaching skills. This combination helped us to reduce turnover by 5.68%, but even more incredible was our ability to reduce involuntary terminations from one year to the other by over 72%! I truly appreciated the tools DeGarmo provided, as well as the outstanding customer service provided by Anthony and his team.
