I worked with Anthony Lee in his various sales roles at Convex. Anthony was promoted several times at Convex for outstanding sales performance while I worked with him. Anthony consistently exceeded his sales quotas. He was a leader in the sales team and mentored the new hires and accelerated their ramp time. Sales requires a natural skill in dealing with people and knowing the right thing to say, and this was perhaps where Anthony set himself apart the most. Some of the sales strengths I saw in Anthony included: - Ability to translate technical features and functions into how they would solve business challenges. - Build rapport with customers and prospects and win their trust. - Incredible work ethic. - Detail oriented and results driven. - Self motivated. - Natural leader.
